Biogas torch uses the biogas produced by anaerobic fermentation in modern wastewater treatment plant, alcohol factory and breeding farm. Its main components are 50 to 65% methane and 30-50% carbon dioxide,an dit also contains hundreds of components like water vapor, sulfides and nitrides, in which the methane is one of the main pollutants in the greenhouse effect.
According to the different actual situations of wastewater treatment plant, alcohol factory, breeding farm and landfill, the biogas torch can be divided into enclosed floor type and open type.
The biogas torch produced by our company is equipped with the safety design of multistage fire stop mechanism; high load regulation ratio; temperature of torch tower surface is below 60 ℃; ignition success rate is higher than 98%; no open fire within the design load of enclosed torch; major equipment is of skid-mounted design, making it easy to transport and install.
