HELC series of High Efficiency Lamella Clarifier is equipped with a plate assembly that maximizes the effective settling area of the unit and a conical sludge funnel.
It adopts inclined lamella for separation. The inlet water works in the opposite direction of the downward sliding sludge, causing the sludge to settle on the plate. The lamella extends over the surface of the water to ensure that the lamella's effective precipitation area is maximized and prevent external influences from interfering with the settling of the sludge.
High Efficiency Lamella Clarifier minimizes maintenance costs, and compact design makes the required space only 20% of the area used by traditional sedimentation tanks. Lamella is ideal for new factories or upgrading. The system configuration ensures laminar flow conditions, resulting in hydraulic uniformity and higher water quality.
