The DAFF series air flotation and filtration, which can be used in surface water treatment and advanced sewage treatment, is a kind of mature equipment researched and developed by Mingzhou combining market demand. The air flotation and filtration is a compact and efficient device which makes it possible for both flotation and sand filtration processes in one processing tank.
The main advantages of dissolved air flotation and filtration: small footprint, which not only saves the intermediate tank of air flotation, but also saves the secondary lift pump; low operating costs which saves total investment; excellent water quality; quick start; small amount of mud production.
Backwash water consumption takes up only 2% -3% of water intake, and backwash filter can be started by time or head loss. Backwash can also use the traditional technology of air brush water cleaning. After normal operation in flocculation (flotation unit), the water flows through the filter bed by gravity and removes the remaining fine contaminants to meet the required water quality. After being put into operation on the market, the flotation and filtration has been proven to be a kind of excellent new equipment in surface water and sewage treatment which can be controlled manually and automatically conveniently.
