High efficiency sedimentation tank is a kind of high efficiency inclined plate sedimentation tank developed on the base of ordinary inclined plate sedimentation tank.
Waste water goes into the tank from the inlet pipe, next it flows forward and downward in the inlet passage which is located in the middle of the tank, then it is reflected by the deflector, and then it goes into the inclined water distribution port on both sides. As the fluid flows upward, the solid particles contained in it are deposited on the equal inclined plate assembly, then they slide into the sludge hopper which is located in the bottom of the tank. In the sludge hopper, the concentrated sludge sludge is discharged through the outlet, while the supernatant rises along the inclined plate and flows into the water collecting channel through hole at the top. Then the supernatant will be collected to the sink by an adjustable weir, and then discharged by outlet pipe.
