
Periphery driving sludge scraper is used in radial flow primary or secondary sedimentation tank of sewage treatment plant. Its main function is to scrape the sludge which is deposited at the bottom of the tank to the sludge collecting pit. Then the sludge will be discharged by sludge discharging pipe, making it convenient for the sludge to return or be thickend and dewatered. If needed, tank surface scraping mechanism can be set to collect the scum on the surface and discharge the scum through the scum hopper.
