The dry process is adopt the granular solid material suspended in the high speed gas flow,and dry under the pneumatic conveying process.Due to the high speed between the gas and particle flow,and the contact area between the gas and solid is large,the volumetric heat transfer coefficient is quite large and can be 20~30 times larger than the drum dryer.This equipment can be widely used for the the treatment of the material which with small particle size,and the drying process can be controlled by the surface gasification control.For the particle size of less than 0.5~0.7 mm,Nomatter the initial water content,the water content can be downed to 0.3%~0.5%.But for the residence time is very short(usually for only a few seconds),it is not easy to get the drying products with lower water content.if necessary for lower water content,then the followed up low speed operation dryer will be need.
