Usage:
MW-HJX Sludge suction dredger is a specialized sludge equipment for the water supply engineering of advection sedimentation tank and sewage treatment works advection second sedimentation tank. The machine could treat the activated sludge with small proportion and high moisture content. Currently, we produce three type of sludge suction dredger, such as sloping plate (pipe) siphon suction machine, no sloping plate (pipe) suction machine and pump suction dredger.
Working principle:
1. Walking: Pump suction dredger uses level-2 cycloid reducer, Oldham coupling sleeve connected with the wheel shaft directly to drive the steel wheel rolling on the track of the pool. A limit switch controlled suction machine travel to make the suction moving back and forth.
2. Dredging: siphon suction machine using siphoning principle, before the suction working, used the vacuum pump or a water ejector pumping the air of the suction pipe, then stop the vacuum pump working and open the suction tube. For water level is different between outside and inside of the sedimentation tank, activated sludge at the bottom of the pool scraping to the suction mouth suck out the pool frequently. When Pump suction dredger working, sludge pump take the sludge out of the pool.
