Usage:
MW-ZXX Central Drive Single-tube Suction Dredger is developed on the basis of absorbing foreign advanced technology products, which mainly applied to the large circular sedimentation tank with periphery inflow and outflow to get rid of activated sludge on the bottom so as to make water purified. With the advantages of stable operation, energy saving, long life and discharge sludge evenly.
Features:
1. New structure. Based on sludge settlement using one or two sludge pipe. with light structure, mud uniform characters.
2. New type of transmission, large transmission torque, up to 50000N-m, work reliably.
3. Single (double) tube suction machine with suction pipe on one side, and a scraper on the other side, or sludge discharge pipe on both sides, to discharge sludge thoroughly.
4. Design the inlet & outlet sink according to flow rate and pool diameter, further details would be provided later.
5. With multiple measures overload alarm, overload shutdown, torque overload protection to ensure safe operation.
