
Usage
MW-DS Inverted Umbrella Aerator is low-speed vertical axis aerator and widely used in a variety of biological treatment of urban sewage and industrial wastewater. With advantages such as push strong radial flow capacity, high oxygenation , mixing good effect, especially suitable for surface aeration oxidation ditch wastewater treatment process. Also adapted in many Biochemical reaction systems which requires aeration and mixing process.
Working Principle:
In a strong role in the promotion of the impeller, the water was like water curtain thrown from the edge of the impeller, formed of hydraulic jump , wrapped into a lot of air; Because the sewage runs up-and-down cycling, updated the liquid surface constantly, so that sewage contact with air with large area to make oxygen in the air can be rapidly into the sewage, then completes oxygenation on wastewater to accelerate the purification of wastewater. At the same time, a strong driving force, stirs up a lot of water flow, so as to realize flow effect.
Consisting of motor, coupling, reducer, impeller lifting device, inverted umbrella-type impeller and other parts.
Features:
1. Inverted umbrella-type impeller, spiral impeller structure, push strong radial flow capacity, wide area of completely mixed, high power efficiency and good self-cleaning performance.
2. Impeller lifting device is operated by adjusting the hand wheel, bring gear and worm secondary drive, make the rack on the umbrella sleeve moving up and down to adjust the immersion depth of the impeller.
3. Reducer adopts spiral bevel gear, cylindrical helical gear secondary transmission. With characteristics like high precision gears , smooth transmission, low noise, high efficiency, service factor greater than 2.5 , reliably running.
4. Motor adopts Y series outdoor the three-phase asynchronous motor, safe and reliable.
5. Speeder using frequency control cabinet for smooth stepless motor speed. The advantages of large speed range , good energy saving effect , simple operation, high degree of automation.
