It is a new-type membrane device, can accomplish automatic control. With modular design, membrane filtration system can yield water continuously, not affect subsequent system’s running. The ultra-micro membrane element we provided not only combines the good mechanical function of imported PP membrane material, but also adopts international advanced air-water back-washing technology, water backflush combining air wash technology as well as cross-current technology. It can be used as the pre-treatment equipment of RO and NF membrane in water treatment industry, which can make RO and NF’s influent water’s SDI≧2, lengthen the useful life of RO and NF membrane greatly and guarantee the long-time running of membrane system. It can reduce the pre-treatment equipment as well as the agent added in RO and NF system. Meantime, it occupies a small floor space, can realize system’s automatic control easily, convenient in maintenance and management.
Application:
1. After filtering, pyrogen and bacteria in deionized water can be removed. The water can reach distilled water standard, while the cost is just 1/10 that of distilled water. It can replace distilled water to wash bottle.
2. The heat elimination of injection solution(especially traditional chinese medicine injections). As pyrogen can be removed directly without need of activated carbon’s adsorption, the inventory and clarity of the effective element are higher than traditional process.
3. The separation and fine-making of chinese herba preparation. It can remove some macromolecule matters like colloid and tannin.
4. The clarification and bacteria removal of oral liquid and mineral water.
5. The concentration or desalination of protein, enzyme preparation, polysaccharides, etc.; the isolation and purification of amino acid, thymosin, cerebrolysin as well as other biological agent.
6. The pre-treatment and terminal filtration of pure water and ultra-pure water.
